Serves 4
1 large flank steak
8 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or finely chopped
¼ cup worcestershire sauce
1 stick butter
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup green olives with pimentos chopped coarsely
fresh ground pepper
Marinate flank steak in worcestershire sauce and fresh ground pepper for 1 hour. Saute chopped olives and garlic in butter and olive oil about 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice steak diagonally against the grain. Arrange on a serving platter and cover with the olive and garlic sauce. Serve immediately
